These terms describe how the product may be used, what is included in a purchase, and what Clarity CCRN does and does not promise.
1. Educational Use Only
Clarity CCRN is an educational planning and study-support product. It does not provide medical advice, clinical direction, or official exam content.
2. Accounts and Access
Product access is tied to the plan you select at checkout. Access periods, lifetime entitlements, and future updates depend on the plan purchased.
3. Payments
Payments are processed through Stripe hosted checkout. Clarity CCRN does not store full card details inside the app.
4. Content
Original questions, planners, copy, and product assets are for personal study use. They may not be redistributed, resold, or republished without permission.
5. Product Changes
The product may evolve over time. Features, question sets, workflows, and plan packaging may be refined to improve the experience.
6. Availability
We aim to keep the product available and usable, but uninterrupted service is not guaranteed at all times.
